STRIKING STEVEN HILL ARCHITECTURAL

Steven Hill was a prolific modern architect of the 80’s and 90’s building in Silver Lake and Los Feliz areas.  A favorite of locals and real estate agents alike, Steven was known for clean, modern lines in his hillside properties.

Built in 1998, 2329 Lake View is one of his later homes.  It exhibits his classic sleek modern minimalist exterior. The top level of the home features another guest bedroom with an outdoor balcony that runs the length of the home.
