I have been a licensed Realtor for 25 years, currently with Sotheby’s International Realty for 12 years. Recognized within the company both locally and nationally as a top producer, I give credit to my past clients and business associates for allowing me to do 98% of my business straight from those referrals.

Prior to becoming a Real Estate agent my background was in banking for over 15 years. Negotiating prowess and extensive knowledge of the loan process during that time was instrumental in the smooth transition and success of my career in Real Estate.

My extensive knowledge of the area, both personally and professionally, is a recognized benefit to my clients. Currently I live in the Pasadena area, and cover the San Gabriel Valley. The knowledge gained from living and working the area I specialize in has given me a significant advantage. Areas of Specialization: Pasadena, Altadena, South Pasadena, San Marino, San Gabriel, Alhambra, Sierra Madre, Arcadia, Monrovia, and Glendale. Having experienced firsthand much of the area’s growth, gives me insight particularly on SFR, condominium, construction, and architecturally significant properties. Additionally I have personally restored homes for myself.
