Sue originally obtained her real estate license eleven years ago for the benefit of her
family’s construction/design company and personal investing endeavors. As time has
passed, she represents both buyers and sellers in the purchase and sales process in
residential and land transactions. She draws upon her previous experience as a business
owner and from twelve years in the sales, service and marketing team at General Motors to
assist clients in navigating their way to achieve their real estate goals and vision.
As a member of the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors and Re/Max Real Estate Group,
Sue has invested in education specifically geared toward real estate. She has obtained the
following designations:

ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative)
CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert)
SFR (Short Sale Foreclosure Resource)

She is currently a Board Member of the Colorado Chapter of the Realtor Land Institute
(RLI) and is a candidate for the ALC designation (Accredited Land Consultant).
Sue is a member of the Peak Producers again for the sixth straight year in 2017 which
recognizes the top 10% of real estate agents in the Pikes Peak Region. Sue was a finalist to
join the ELITE 25 in 2016.
