I was raised with a love for architecture by a dad who was a builder and a mom who
studied architecture and designed our house. After many different successful careers
including starting my own denim brand and later opening a coffee shop in Santa
Monica, I started working as a designer, house refurbisher, flipper, real estate investor
and agent, as well as starting a business designing and building tiny homes on wheels
(Mid-century Tiny Homes). I have a particular love for Mid-Century Modern architecture,
the use of natural elements like wood and stone, and beautiful tile work. I believe my
eye for design really benefits my clients. Whether I'm helping my sellers with staging a
home for sale, getting just the right lighting and frame when photographing it,
highlighting it's best features to create a story that will appeal to our buyer or helping my
buyers envision the potential in a home and possibly uncovering a diamond in the
rough. My first hand experience with construction gives me an understanding of the
costs and potential problems to watch out for. I am there for the inspections making my
own notes covering every detail. Buying or selling real estate is a complicated process
with many things to consider. It is my pleasure to guide my clients through the maze.
