A Northern California Native, Matthew has a passion for the simple, laid back lifestyle that the Sierra Nevadas have to offer. Raised in South Lake Tahoe, his love of real estate instilled in him from a young age, as a third-generation real estate professional. Finding the perfect home for his clients is his passion and drive in daily life.

As an economics major in college at the Sam M. Walton College of Business, Matthew prides himself on his keen understanding of the intricacies of data as it relates to the real estate market and transactions overall. After college Matthew moved to Beverly Hills to pursue a career in luxury real estate. After nearly 10 years in the Beverly Hills/Los Angeles real estate market, he made the decision to move back to Northern California to be closer with his family and build his dream home. 

He is particularly adept in marketing of high-end luxury properties as well as negotiation of high-dollar amount transactions. Clients consider Matthew a strong negotiator, and his knowledge of the inner-workings of the often complex world of contracts and the negotiating process set him apart from competition.
