Over the course of my 25+ year career, I've been fortunate to receive many industry awards as well as annual recognition for my sales performance but, ultimately, I take the most pride in the fact that referrals account for the majority of my business. For a real estate agent, getting a referral from a past client is the highest compliment one can receive.

I was born and raised in West Los Angeles, studied economics at UCLA and continued my education at USC where I earned my MBA. Before entering the real estate brokerage field, I practiced as a CPA for the international firm KPMG and served as corporate controller for a large real estate development company. 

I've been working in the Westside for my entire career, and almost every day I see someone that I helped find a home. I love hearing what they're doing with the property, and that they're happy or that they've outgrown the home and want my help with their next purchase. That kind of on-going relationship brings me the most satisfaction.

I'm proud to say I've been among the top 1% of California Real Estate Agents every year since 1992 and, for the past fifteen years, I've consistently been a member of the California Top 100. What that means, in real terms, is that I have helped more than 500 families find the home of their dreams.

My wife, Melissa, and I live in the Westside with our three children, Alexandra, Haley & Andrew. I've become very involved with the kids’ schools and community youth sports programs. I truly believe that my love of this area is communicated to my clients and that my enthusiastic desire to enjoy every facet of Southern California has made me knowledgeable about more than just Real Estate. Whether you enjoy great dining, outdoor recreation, cultural events, or sports events at the local Rec Center, the Westside offer countless enriching year-round opportunities that I take pleasure in sharing with my clients. When I work with a client, I believe in introducing them to a community and a lifestyle, not just finding them a place to live. 

I look at my position as a consultant and advisor to the many Buyers and Sellers that I represent. This has always been my signature approach and it’s reflected, I believe, in the implicit comfort and trust that my clients have in me.
