Charlee started Real Estate as a licensed Sales Agent in 2001. Shortly after, she decided to add a California Brokers license to her resume and became educated in the principles, practices and legal aspects of real estate. Charlee is duly licensed by the State of California to provide real estate services. She obtained her Broker’s license in 2004, is a member of the California Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the Malibu and Beverly Hills board of Realtors. She holds a Notary license and is broadly experienced in negotiating the purchase or sale of real estate. Charlee excels, in market research, ever-changing legislation and the researching of market trends.
