Victoria Risko, who joined Sotheby's International Realty in 1996, has nearly 25 years of experience selling luxury properties on the Westside of Los Angeles. Victoria was recently commended by NRT as being in the elite top of all agents in the company, being #25 out of 45,000 agents companywide. She specializes in single-family homes. A longtime resident of Bel Air, Victoria is particularly knowledgeable about that area in addition to the surrounding areas of Beverly Hills, Holmby Hills, Brentwood and Malibu. Prior to her career in real estate, Victoria was a staff scientist with Hughes Aircraft in El Segundo, California. She also served as an adjunct professor of Physics at Southern Connecticut State University. Victoria earned a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from Kenyon University in Ohio and a Master of Science and a Master of Philosophy degree in Applied Physics from Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut. In her spare time, Victoria studies karate and holds a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.

Jennifer Puz specializes in representing Buyers and Sellers on the Westside of Los Angeles, from Beverly Hills/West Hollywood all the way to Malibu. She is experienced in working with high-profile clients, from studio executives to athletes and entertainers. Jennifer's approachable personality allows her to develop and maintain a good relationship with her clients. 

Prior to joining Sotheby’s International Realty, Jennifer enjoyed a successful career as an actress and a model. As a former Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader, Price is Right Model and actress she traveled to many countries and developed an appreciation and interest for architecture throughout the world. Jennifer also has a passion for cooking and owned a very popular gourmet food truck from 2013-2015. During her free time, she enjoys dancing, playing tennis, and golf.
