1 bedroom/1.5 bath furnished Venice Beach apartment.  Contemporary, hip and modern, fully remodeled in 2020.  
Quieter neighborhood, with all the vibrancy of Venice within 5-10 minutes; walk to the Canals, Abbott Kinney & Venice Beach Boardwalk.

Situated in the 'Silver Triangle- first street behind the historic Venice Canals.  Quieter neighborhood, with all the vibrancy of Venice within 5-10 minutes; walk to the Canals, Abbott Kinney & Venice Beach Boardwalk. This apartment caters to a guest who seeks lovely beach-modern accommodations. 

Full kitchen. Stove, oven, microwave; apartment size refrigerator and laundry. Home amenities including dishes, pots and pans, sheets, towels, etc.  Separate side entrance from main home with keyless entrance. Includes all utilities, and wifi.  Ample street parking available in front of the house. The apartment has a Dyson heater/cooling system.

NOTE:  
This space is priced LOW for a reason.  The apartment  is located on the bottom level of the home.   It has a fully separate entrance and is a fully separate space.  The bedroom has only one small window and sunlight coming in front the side door (but is more on the cozy less sunny side).

****Due to proximity I rent the apartment to a guest who agrees to be quiet in not having parties, or loud music, loud noise, et- the casita apartment guest should be someone on the QUIET SIDE!  You agree to this at time of booking.  

However, on the flip-side, the Casita guest should be fully aware that the main house may generate noise (depending on guests)- you may hear apartment footsteps  (which are normal to apartment living) but beyond that depending on who is renting the main house you can hear music, which sometimes is loud the happening of 10 people getting together (the max I allow)- this all depends on who is renting it and their habits.  I do have quiet hours for the main house but it can at times get loud- particularly weekends.  Sometimes it is not loud at all.  I allow this from the main house because they pay me A Lot of money.  

So, if this seems cool to you to have a big 1bedroom, really pretty space in a great location, and potentially noise, then please book. I have priced the unit low to attract a guest who is completely ok with this clause and agrees to these terms at time of booking. I also ask that any concerns be directed to me directly and not to main house guests, or neighbors ever.

Pricing Upon Request:  Ranges from $2500-$3500 a month; depends on season and if 1 or 2 people.

WALK TO 

•A 5-7minute walk to Abbot Kinney (Erewhon market, Zinque)

•A 3 minute walk to the Venice Canals

•Just past the canals is Venice Beach boardwalk, 10 minute walk from the house.

•A 15-20 minute walk, or a 5 minute Uber ride to: Whole Foods, Venice Ale House, Wurstkuche, Superba, Rose Café, Cafe Gratitude, Chaya Venice, Rose Avenue, Santa Monica Main Street. 

•15-20 minutes drive to LAX Airport

•5 min drive (or 20-30 min walk) to Santa Monica and the Pier and SM Promenade 

•5 min walk to Marina Del Rey.

Please no pets unless we have provided you with prior written approval of such.

No parties without express written permission.  No illegal drugs.  

No loud music or noise of any kind.

Please be reminded that we are located in a family neighborhood and that we have neighbors in close proximity. Please be mindful of noise levels so that our neighbors have no cause for concern.  Quiet Hours are 10pm-9am. 

We want your stay to be pleasant and enjoyable. For that reason we have very few house rules (but we are quite serious about them):
