Vida has decades of experience handling probate sales.   She represents many major lending institutions including Bank of America and Wells Fargo with the sale of their “bank-owned” REO properties. Vida is also a Certified Distressed Property Specialist with decades of experience helping her clients to avoid foreclosure by negotiating successful Loan Modifications and Short Sales with their lenders.
