This is it! "The perfect little home!" Her Spanish exterior says, "I have had many wonderful glances by passersby." Her curb appeal is easy on the eyes and her gleaming clean interior, having celebrated many wonderful memories, is a bit shy, but outfitted with some original built-ins. She welcomes anyone who is willing to say hello. She is cute as a button but ready for her makeover. There will come a day when her confidence will shine once again, and she will stand tall & proud as the day she was built. Perhaps she'll have an ADU sibling accompany her in the back of the lot. "Who wants to be my new owner?"
